22-Year USAF combat veteran and Safety Program Innovator.
Phil Taber is the CEO and sole owner of Taber Innovations Group LLC and Nighthawk Integrated Solutions LLC, both Nevada Corporations. As a 22-year combat veteran and fighter pilot of the United States Air Force (USAF), Mr. Taber has a long and successful history of safety program design and management leading to his induction into the USAF Safety Hall of Fame. Throughout his career, and as a Squadron Commander in the elite Top Gun school, the USAF Weapons School, Mr. Taber led the USAF in the game-changing and innovative risk management and safety programs. These programs proactively saved innumerable aircraft, equipment, and lives across the USAF. From concept to reality, Mr. Taber brings OverWatch Locator© his leadership and experience in problem identification, solution development, and the integration of viable/ executable solutions.
Mr. Taber has assembled an all-star management team on stand-by for OWL’s rollout. The team consists of two firefighters with a combined experienced of over 60 years in an urban municipal firefighting with national-level networks of key firefighter decision-makers, and experience in municipal sales of firefighting equipment, a software developer with 15 years’ experience in design and technology program management, and an Air Force veteran with over 15 years’ experience with middle-market investment banking.
